Sariol Legal Center, Inc. is a law firm representing plaintiffs only.  We firmly support your right to be represented by an attorney.  If you have been injured and are entitled to compensation for your injury, you should not be forced to bear financial risks in order to obtain justice.

As consumer advocates, we believe that it is our responsibility as legal professionals to determine whether you were improperly injured and whether you have a right to recovery.  If we accept your personal injury case we will stand by our assessment of its value by not asking you to pay us any money until we settle your claim.

Once it is settled, we will be paid a portion of the recovery for our efforts.  Because our fee is “contingent” upon getting you a recovery we are both financially and professionally motivated to do our best for you.

In certain cases, such as Workers’ Compensation, the amount of the fee is set by law and paid by the Insurance Company.  In other types of injury claims the fees are not set by law and are negotiable between the attorney and client.  In such cases, Sariol Legal Center, Inc. has a published fee schedule for its services.
